     - Better decal image quality.
     - Improvement of the image resizing process.
     - Added "Most Recent Files List" in File Menu.
     - Added possibility to open directly a file (ie. you can create a shortcut to Decal Converter in the 
        'SendTo' Menu of Windows).

1. What's This ?
----------------
It's a very simple way to make color decals (or "tags") for Half-Life, or another Mod for 
this game (Counter-Strike, FireArms...).

2. Installation
-------------
Run DecalConverterSetup.Exe and choose a folder for the application.
A shortcut to the application will be created (under the ProgramsMenu\Half-Life of Windows).

3. Utilisation
-------------
* Open a picture file (BMP, GIF and JPEG formats are supported)
* Menu Picture / Make Decal...
* Choose the game you want to use.
* Read with attention the Information Notice Screen (at least the first time please !)
* That's all !!!.
* Create a lan game in Half-Life (or the Mod you use) to test the decal.

      - Without this, it'd have been impossible to build Decal Converter. These guys have
         a lot of very impressive visual basic code sources, especially to manage bmp pictures.

     - Improvements of the transparent color management : now when you open a picture, 
        all pixels corresponding to pure blue in the picture will be transparent.
     - You can make any color of your choice transparent (that is, it will be replaced with 
        the pure blue color)
     - Possibility to access the readme files in french and english from the application.

     - First applicable version of DecalConverter. Took me about 20 hours to build this one.
